The thing I don’t like about this scene is the absence of webbing and gear for the Spetsnaz, including the wrong kind of uniforms! But then again, it’s a movie so it’s good to show the audience who are the bad guys
To be fair the movie was made around the Cold War so the Soviets were very secretive and the Americans wouldn’t have had the best idea of their military attire at the time.

What kind of uniform is this and what branch of the military? The uniform looks like a dress uniform, no special forces would wear it going into battle.
