You're a high achiever. Could you also have ADHD?

With the rise of adult ADHD diagnoses in recent years many of us our finding that things we thought were just part of who we are actually come from the fact we have ADHD. I've actually got a free e-book on my website for tackling self-doubt and impostor syndrome that you might want to take a look at, or otherwise I've also put a video on this topic too! (Called "ND and Feeling Self-Doubt?"). Other books that might be useful are Own Your Greatness by Lisa and Richard Orbe-Austin and Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz (based on mindset). Good luck!
