If you want to stop glitchy / meta offense, play squads. I only play squads and it’s 100x better. I run the defense and primarily play cover 4 and adjust underneath. This prevents the big plays. I only run man on critical 4th downs when the opponent isn’t expecting it. In the red zone, I mix and match cover 2 zone and cover 3 Mable with some man up ajdustmenta
