- HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE THANKS TO @VennNovember FOR THE THUMBNAIL ART!!! I really did not wanna have to go through drawing allat.
So, the cover is done. The one you've all been waiting for. El grande. The venti. I'm not really sure what to say here. While I was making this cover I really started liking retribution as a whole. It's a pretty good song. Oh yeah DON'T EXPECT ANY MORE UT YELLOW REMIXES. I AM SUPER BURNED OUT RN. Maybe in the far future, but not any time soon. :) But anyways, I got some help from @SoshuMusic right as I was about to post the song. He gave me some really good tips on mixing and stuff so I went and mixed the song up real quick. Big thanks to him too. Go check out his music! (He's the reason I started using beepbox in the first place!)

Thanks for all you guys' support and comments! It means a lot to me! I won't be doing any more UT Yellow covers for a bit because I haven't had time to make some originals. I gotta step back and express myself through some music for awhile, if that makes sense. In the meantime, go and support my friend Venn! Honestly I feel like Undertale Yellow really revived the Undertale community as a whole
I also like how they diverged from original Undertale almost completely by making it so the ruins would only be your starting point for only a few minutes until diverging into the (I guess ruined ruins)
The only places you can be in UT yellow that are the exact same spots as undertale is the start of the ruins and the end of hotland, that’s it
@@Sandstheskeleton Yeah but the thing is that it’s not the game itself: It’s the publicity it got AFTER it was released which revived it, if anything if they just followed the exact original game sections they probably would’ve just been seen as another fan game with the only difference being that it’s full length as opposed to other famgames

oh my god this cover is so good. i really love the little tweaks you added like the justice leitmotif at 1:16. the way you used the percussion was also super unique. definitely one of my favorite retributions out there
Lol thanks! Didn't realize people were still listening to this. I thought it'd be cool if I distinguished remedy as martlet's theme and retribution as clover's (since it has the same feel of enemy retreating), so I added the BAATH and Justice leitmotifs respectfully.
Your compositions and competence when it comes to beepbox genuinely amazes me. VERY rarely does a cover make me go wide eyed in shock at how good it is. Percussion usage in particular is as well as the unique flairs added to the original piece are by far your biggest strong suits imo.
You deserve all the attention these get and more.

Awesome cover, though I noticed the part at the end where a variation of the “Battle Against a True Hero” motif plays isn’t there and instead just loops back to the beginning (which sounds quite similar so it’s easy to miss)
I didn't miss that. I decided that I didn't feel like doing that part since it's almost the same as the beginning, not to mention I technically made the song longer with the way I started it out. I figured looping back instead would basically bring the song back to its normal length anyways.

Wouldnt it just be better to refer to it as a Beepbox cover?
I used the format of VRC6. (albeit with the use of another noise channel, but I count that as the dpcm.) If you made it in famitracker or furnace, you wouldn't call it a famitracker or furnace cover, you would just use the names of the chip you're formatting.
