Pravat babu u have told in a video that minimum road width is 30 feet required but now recommend to take this plot which has 20 feet road coming under BDA extended zone in GP area. Please clarify whether 20 feet road will be required without affecting FAR or not.
Its good but as compared to the Distance(9-10km), Bda & Rera rules, here its only 20ft road, No RERA & its environmental zone or social surroundings , Price is High !! but if the builder comply with all BDA & RERA rules then this price can be justified...
