So here is a 2023 Autocar ACX Heil Durapack Rapid Rail 22103 from Athens Services. I caught this truck while being in Rowland heights on one Friday. I was fortunate enough to catch this at the end of its route before it packed out and left.

Awesome find, I love how the blade slams on this one. Although i hear some other sounds from the hopper, must be the cylinders or the packer tracks needs lubrication or something.
