I remember that part. Rhydon got cranky from lack of sleep, that’s what happens when you don’t get enough sleep. When Team Rocket kidnapped Cresellia that one time, Darkai left Moon island and brought nightmares to everyone in Sinnoh. That was people had bags under their eyes. Darkai’s known as the nightmare Pokémon for crying out loud.
