I'm starting to realize Piccolo is immortal. With regeneration he shouldn't really age. He only drinks water, and has zero toxin's in his body. He has the potential to become the strongest on the show.
Either way, Piccolo managed to heal himself after fucking getting DESTROYED when Trunks knocked his statue over, and then a tiny (powerful but still a pretty goddamn small injury) fucks him up to the point where he can't even stand. Kinda hard to believe, he should be able to regenerate.

Cell is different, he has piccolos ability to regenerate but over the course of 20 years of engineering cells body, gero or his computer rather integrated the memory of the unique ability into every single cell in cells body so that even if his body is blown to itty bitty pieces, as long as at least one cell survives the newly reformed body will remember everything the old one did and come back even stronger.

Elyxr Goten's and trunk's base power level as shown in the special son goku and his friend's return is a little stronger than 1st form frieza so i would say somewhere along 600000 so that means that they are weaker than full power frieza,not to mention they are untrained supersaiyans unlike goku and its pretty obvious that they are not 1/100 as strong as their father's in base form let alone piccolo.

Thats not true, while yes piccolos ability to regenerate lies within a particular part of his brain that sends a message to the rest of his body allowing himself to regenerate, given he has enough energy to be able to. Cell is different, he has piccolos ability to regenerate but over the course of 20 years of engineering cells body, gero or his computer rather integrated the memory of the unique ability into every single cell in cells body so that even if his body is blown to itty bitty pieces, as long as at least one cell survives the newly reformed body will remember everything the old one did and come back even stronger.

Is Piccolo stronger than Trunks and Goten individually?
I'm pretty sure Piccolo is stronger than Goten and Trunks Individually. He might even be able to take them together because of his superior experience and fighting ability. Though it's debatable I think that Piccolo's power levels are typically somewhere between SSJ and SSJ2(preteen gohan). I'd put Piccolo as the second strongest non saiyan fighter after Uub.
Elyxr He is closer to ssj1
Elyxr Goten's and trunk's base power level as shown in the special son goku and his friend's return is a little stronger than 1st form frieza so i would say somewhere along 600000 so that means that they are weaker than full power frieza,not to mention they are untrained supersaiyans unlike goku and its pretty obvious that they are not 1/100 as strong as their father's in base form let alone piccolo.
