FAQ says they will not be using Basil's music but will focus on a faithful recreation of it. Probably it is stuck in copyright hell or Sony charges $$$ for it.

Sony is really stingy of their copyrighted material.

Ok it is more complicated, is not the same track in loop, there are around 4 tracks composing the theme and the conclusion of the Wave theme but i can work on this
