Last year, Jos wanted to move Max, for personal, selfish reasons and Max respectfully ignored his advice. After the RB management surprisingly deserted him, for no valid reason, as Max's most trusted confidant, Jos will get his way to move Max to join the Aston Martin team.

Hamilton waited 4 years to move. Jos will not allow the RB management to trash Max's career, like Toto did to Hamilton and will move him at the end of this year.

Max would officially make them 'the team of beat'. ha-ha Ferrari's major weakness is that passion sometimes gets the better of them in the heat of the 'on track' action.
