You used the connector for the heated grips. The accessory connector sits further to the front closer to the headlight.

Hello, I would like to ask you why you removed the air fuse that came with the installation kit? thanks greetings

there is a fuse for that accessory port already in the bike's factory fuse block. Didn't think i needed to have 2 fuses as I'm not connecting direct to the battery terminals

@Dirty Dave's Garage. Hello! What voltage do you have on the voltmeter display after turning on the engine? After following your instructions, I managed to install my USB dual power with voltmeter outlet, and it is showing 12.2 with the engine turned off, and 14.1 with the engine turned on. My opinion is that it should be normal, since the battery needs more than 13 volt to be charged when the engine is turned on. But I was extremely curious about how many volts do you see on your usb outlet. Thank you!

Mine is the same, when the engine is running it puts out more juice to charge the battery and run accessories i imagine

Very informative, thank you. Also have a 2021 N1K. Are you able to charge from both of those ports simultaneously on the stock accessory fuse? From what I understand, the fuse is 12V 2A, whereas the USB socket is 12V 3A.

Since he used the heated grips connector, the fuse is 15A. The accessory connector fuse is 3A.
