This dish is actually original from Minas Gerais (it's a state in Brazil), and if you really wanna try the true flavor of Pão de Queijo, you should try it in any city in Minas. We do with another type of flour, it's called Polvilho (it's a flour made of Mandioca). I think that suttle change makes the Pao de Queijo way better then the tapioca version. If you ever visit Brazil again, give it a try :)

I’m so proud of her, like, you don’t understand. I grew up with Bruna, so that’s my childhood friend Salete, but also Lurdinha, who was also named Helena and Luiza at some point, and there were times I even called her Catarina… now she goes by Jenny and I can’t wait to call her by a lot of other names 😹

I loved Açaí with strawberries and banana, topped with chocolate sauce and dolce de leite.
I don't know if you guys has those there but next time ask for the açaí to be mixed with the strawberries like two flavors in one kind thing. And you don't need to put the l in doce here in Brazil, but I think the pronunciation gets easier for you with the l right ?
