The VC-IMC is an excellent solution for your automated fastener packaging line. The vertical cartoner can run carton depths as small as 1.5". The cartoner features servo-driven length adjustment, saving your operators time during changeover. The cartoner can reach speeds of up to 45 cartons per minute. A servo-driven vertical rotary feeder with a prebreak mechanism positively opens cartons onto the main carrier chain conveyor.
