Proton quality improve a lot. But not sure the quality for after sales service especially their authorised service centre which only know how to change oil (my previous experience). Other technical problem always ask me refer Proton Hq, waste of my time.
Chee Yang Tan it depends on which SC also. Not only proton, my A6 having the some problem. Imagine i went to one SC to ask why there some grinding sound under the carriage, one sc told me need to replace one thing that cost rn3k++, i went to other sc, end up it was just the mounting bracket cost around rm200 only including installation. Im not sure about the reliability of proton SC, but it always depends on the technician attitude whether they want to dig deep into ur pocket or want to keep u as their regular.
