We Discuss Osprey Games Reality's Edge

At Miniature Wargaming Labs we recognize time and money are finite resources. In our We Discuss series we provide our insight to what we think of some of the games out on the market.
In this episode we cover Osprey Games Reality's Edge. a miniature agnostic skirmish wargame set in a dystopian cyber punk world. We enjoy this game due to its focus on campaign narrative and recommend that you should not let the thickness of the text intimidate you. The rulebook states that there will be future expansions supporting this system, which we are looking forward to.

It also doesn't help when I bring the wrong adapter and we can't get the microphone we have working. We will get some of the problems ironed out in our shakedown.

First of all, thank you for covering RE, my group is super excited to try this (we're printing out an entire Cyberpunk city for this one).
Just noticed a few details in your video:
1) Non-concealable weapons hurt you when you try to "blend-in" to the crowd, giving you a -3 penalty to your roll. (pg-70)
2) You can have up to two of any type of operative (with the exception that you can bring 4 gangers). Your showrunner counts against this limit, but if you wanted too you can have 2 x of three types of operatives in your crew. (pg-75)

It was our first video. We had issues with the camera connecting to the mics we had so it switched to the onboard mic which was too far away for the acoustics in that room. The hum you hear is actually the lights on the ceiling.

@@miniaturewargaminglabs4143 I can relate, I had a nice mic just cut out on me one day and it never really worked the way I wanted it. Congrats on what you guys do
