they did used the correct name for Eros, they didn´t name him Cupid to stay with Greek naming I don´t understand then why they use Herkules instead of Heracles

I hate to say it but I hate the characters. Like. Most if them have default character type personalities, the women are mostly boobs and/or legs, and some of them look like they took 2 or 3 concepts and mashed them all together into 1 outfit but they don't blend together at all. Maybe when you play the game they have more backstory and it expands on their personalities, but right now it's not doing it for me.
Coming from an artist- you have to understand the game you do concept art for. Let's take Overwatch for example. Their heroes are examples of great design. The game is fps for pc. Characters have to be instantly recognizable on screen, so their visual look has to be defined a lot more. But this mobile game, gameplay is simplified beyond belief, which makes the visual identity of characters irrelevant. All that matters is to make them appealing to masses who don't really care about how much sense they make in terms of art. So, just throw in pretty stuff people like, make them flashy, colorful, sexy, muscular, naked, fancy with a sense of fashion, tattoos, personality doesn't matter. You get the idea. And the result- people love them, no matter how much you disagree. Having said that, I wouldn't say that they look too messy like you made it sound. Just slightly some could be adjusted better. These are still quite good. Overwatch actually follows this formula too, but they don't just throw in stuff. They try to match them more.
Just here to say : agreed. Yes, the styles on characters are beautiful! But not recognisable. There is something about them - they are just... Too mismatched. The concept is mythology, and smashing it together with nowadays drip is... Ugh. The only characters that I would take and draw would be Li ling, Ahmed, Xiao Yin and Tang Xuan,and that's it. I'm not gonna even talking about female characters - the only nice one might be Abigail. They took " personality : boobs and thighs" too damn serious. You might find me completely insane or some shit - but take a look at " Cookie Run : Kingdom" where all characters are cookie's but their designs, personalitys and concepts are so cool. Like, the irony, comparing real, 3d characters to 2d, cookie's? And yet the cookies are still winning. Ps. Also, 2d are way better done than 3d's in Dislyte. Like, Xiao Yin's 3d is a completely different thing, that I would like to not know about. Meanwhile his 2d looks amazing.
What exactly do you expect from a mobile game? Mobile games are bad by default. How many mobile games actually kept you interested? I bet that most people installing this game did it only to check out the great concept art. The only people who actually play this are those who don't have time to play on pc or consoles, so they don't really know what great games are.

They aren't the gods themselves. Lore is these people are normal human beings who got bestowed the powers from those specific gods as their patrons.
