Beautiful home. I realise a lot of people are saying it is not worth the price. Whilst there are some renovations to be done to modernise the bathrooms and maybe a few other areas, this is absolutely worth the price. If your budget doesn't fit this one, there are a mirage of homes available to you to find the most suitable one for you. A 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom can run you 20 mil, therefore, with the amenities and space this home has, in additional to the real estate market right now, this is an appropriate figure.
Enjoyed the presentation and the tour as always, your one of the best . ..($460k usd/ $69m jd) is a little out of my budget...

Def not worth the market price. I bought a piece (over 2 acres)of farm land that as an average 3bed on it. The leveled area on the land can hold 2 houses with up to 5 beds on 2 floors.
I would wish to inherit 1/2 of this amount and def could have couple apartments build.

Beautiful over priced bungalow.Jamaica is sounded by water - it’s economy is dependent on expacts driving up houses prices so while owing a vocational home is a good thing it shouldn’t be compared to a less risky developed economy.
