Sounds like a very low tune, C or so. I do a C tune on my 12 string - it's incredibly difficult to make it sound good. Most guitars buzz like crazy with such loose strings. I use Elixir heavy gauge strings which can only be tuned to C on a 12, anything higher and they snap.
