Classical music by Shengse Wenhua Yishu Kongjian

Vasant Mela is a marquee cultural gala organized by Indian Embassy in Beijing every year in March, timed to celebrate Holi, the festival of colours. In Sanskrit, Vasanta denotes ‘Spring’ and Mela means ‘a fair’or a ‘gathering’.
The day long extravaganza on 23rd March was packed with food, song & dance, yoga, fun and frolic, allowing visitors an opportunity to soak in the culture, colours, couture, crafts and cuisine showcasing the vibrancy and diversity of INDIA.
