First mistake, Don't ever mount PoE injectors with ports facing up. There is a the same rule as any other network device catching dust/dirt but with oudoor gear, cables, especially indoor cable like you have used will carry water a very long way and it can/will leak out the end eventually into the injector. I klnow you have a join in cewiling but that come sto the next issues, don''t be "that guy" who puts joins in cabling. Run a fresh, single piece of cable. Clean up the other mess and shady connections whislt there.
