@gbmpyzochwfdisurjklvanetxq First of all, I am a business owner. No one hires me. I employ 63 people at present. You're obviously confusing psychopathy with criminal behavior. A psychopath is simply a person who isn't impaired with feelings of remorse, guilt, or other pointless inhibitions standing in their way from achieving their goals roughly 16% of CEOs, 14% of surgeons, 10% of lawyers, and 8% of salesmen are a psychopaths. Just because someone doesn't have exactly the same emotions you do, does not mean they're out killing people! Statistically, you know someone who is a psychopath and you don't know it. It's not who you think. The smart ones blend in and will fool you every time. You're assuming empathy isn't something that can be easily faked when appropriate. Not everyone whose a psychopath is Dexter, most of the time their charming and lead completely normal lives. I'd be more concerned with Sociopaths if I were you. They likely didnt even enter his name in a database. They dropped the ball and failed to put 2 and 2 together and it likely cost tim bosma his life.
