I already have 5 Penomena Cards, and don't want to redo the card farming for Poison Enhance Cards (which is Aster Cards, and also Bloody Knight Cards to replace my Penomena Cards) 2. Don't have 2 pcs of minimum Lv. 80 Blue STR Accessories 3. Still have too many Fire Quivers left...
@@KingSpadeGaming well it seems like crit is not guaranteed to hit on ROX unlike other RO.. But according to monster flee rate, u need at least 60% hit to not miss any mobs. To achieve 60% is hard without leveling your guild blessing HIT. I have mine at lv 70 for guild blessing + around 300 dex. Still occasionally miss a few, so if you can have lv 70 guild blessing or higher + around 500 dex you should be fine with the hit rate. Plus Shadow chaser needs to have 100% crit rate hitting ALL MOBS and to be safe you need around 170% total crit % after pet buff to fully crit.. A shadow chaser who cannot achieve that kind of crit rate will definitely do bad dmg due to 1. crit reduces cd on DS and TS , 2. DS and TS that doesn't crit is AWLFUL damage

Make morroc enchant "Hit" bro. Atleast 3 rows of hit enchant to one of your accessory then the other 2 accessories invest on poison enhance. Weapon and armors Str enchant. You can also find Hit rate on costume bonus. The shine point on your wardrobe gives hit bonus. I reached 400 so i have +60 hit.. and also guild blessing then put atleast lvl 50 on hit. Have a dex bonus on battle achievement. Hope this helps you on your Hit problems.

@@Atari23 damn his word is so misleading, Every 3rd job class has 3 to 4 spells that you can imitate, but you can only have 1 active imitate spell. And Triple shot is the best spell you can steal, which you can get from stalker or shadow chaser.

Hi for kvm you definitely want to use the obeaune card for stun resist, for afk hunting you can get either the final magic damage 6% or final mdef penetration 6%, if you are a support healing priest, tou want to get the matk 6% because heal depends on how much matk you have
I tested on using dex before, before i change the enchant to str, for dex rogue you want to play it as a skill type rather than auto attack type, because the normal attack do not deal as much damage with dex, but dex will increase tour hit rate so that ia one bonus if you go for dex rogue

p.pen will definitely increase your ds and ts dmg.. but its not ideal.. because then you will have super long cd ds and ts coz u don't crit to reduce the cd..

You will miss a lot. #2 Poison is an advantage , from enchant poison , dip, SE, range poison attack, #3 Crit build is an advantage, crit never miss, most of active damage skills of rouge has a long cooldown because of low dex, but every crit including skills will reduce the cooldown. #4 rouge is way better dps than ranger. Even in pvp, why ? Because I was crit dex fire , before.
yeah im facing all those problem as we speak, but i had come to term with the poison enchant (i will use fire) and the crit advantage on skill (im ok with that), but the problem i have is the hit rate, my atk missed a lot and its frustrating.

Long bow rouge is so s2pid. Its better if they give a shortbow a chance. Long bow rouge is s2pid cous u cant do asp while using skill. Asp is dely cous u are using 2 many skill. They should make it shortbow or hast bow rather than long bow s2pid devs

My LDPlayer some time crash too, set ROX game setting to 60 FPS for better gameplay, and i use 1080p setting for LDPlayer instance

Yeah i see a lot of players just save the enchant, well you can do that if you are able to change all enchant in one session

yes, as long as you dont use the enchant poison skill, the fire element is not replaced

Hi change to lv40 patk talisman after you have more than 300% aspd
Go lv40 set it gives more dmg. You dont need attck speed talisman

Alberta. But that is raw pen %, not the final pen%, that's why i pair it with morroc weapon pen enchant. Final pen% enchant i think is geffen
