    Once Webstorm, you'll never go back!

    I switched from vs code to webstorm and don’t think I’ll ever go back to vscode. The features out of the box with webstorm are far beyond anything vscode can do without installing 100 plugins.
    I’ll admit vscode has better themes though 😂

    Great video! I have only recently started considering alternatives to VSCode. It was the code editor I was presented to at university and I have never since thought about changing from it. The last project I did in VSCode was a bit stressful because it wasn't consistent in the imports and automatic refactoring. I started using WebStorm since last weekend and I have loved it so far

    I used the trial version of webstorm and I can't go back to vscode. I'll end up buying it.

    Yeah completely agree. Learn to code in VS Code and when you can, invest in WebStorm.

    I use neovim 99% of the time, but is still go back to WebStorm for any serious refactoring. VS code looks real pretty and has more plugins, but I don't use it anymore. No question though, when it comes to refactoring and search, VS code doesn't come close to WebStorm. You get what you pay for and VS Code is popular because it's free.

      I agree. I prefer the speed and comfort of Neovim but Webstorm is best for big projects and refactoring. Vscode is trying to be a Webstorm bu it is far behind.

    VS Code can be transformed to a full IDE by extensions and can be totally useful and handful to advanced users.
    It's totally customizable so I consider it way better.

      Thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned in video even with plugins it still lacks a lot of features but if it works for you this is fine.

    I switched from VSCODE to WebStorm it was too slow so I got back to VSCODE and then I thought why not neovim 2 days ago.

    • @MonsterlessonsAcademy
      @MonsterlessonsAcademy 6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The problem with neovim is that it's still an editor and you sink any amount of time to configure it.
