These Haul videos are turning into something I go to when I need to chill, let myself unwind, I’ve just needed something to help get my headspace out of that “work work work you have to make art for work if your ever gonna make it as an artist” but these videos help me slow down and enjoy the moment

I have to keep reminding myself that you are a professional artist, who gets commissions on her work and probably uses up supplies a lot faster than I do as a casual hobbyist. I do not need to buy as many supplies as you do....but oh, I am so tempted. 😅

I can't choose a favourite. There are several stunning colours in this set.

@@NatashaNewtonArt I've just spent the last of my pennies on a set of winsor and newton professional watercolours which was discounted, so naturally I bought extra pans. Those watercolours are so pretty! Can't wait to see how the crafty projects go. I've not done any sculpture with clay since school but I did try working with plaster at uni. It was very messy and so much fun 🙃
I really loved all of the colors. I love the pebble swatch idea. I think I will start swatching with pebbles. Certainly makes swatching even more fun than it already us.
Those Tiny clouds paint looks so tempting! I love the Blood moon, but the green 17 is a close second.
The irregular pebble swatches are so beautiful!! Very inspiring way to swatch not to mention fun to watch. 😊 The sandpaper point sharpener is brilliant. I have never seen one. I love the little receptacle for the shavings. So much better than the bits of coloured fluff landing all over your clothes, table, floor, and the cat, and subsequently going absolutely everywhere. I love coloured pencils but the mess from sharpening does stress me out a tiny bit. 😉

Your pebble method inspired me. I am cataloguing everything by color so I have a different view when searching for a color. I started doing snowman. Full pigment then medium then light wash at the bottom. 😁 thanks for helping me think of it!

I love DAS - I make little watercolour bowls mainly and paint brush holders.
Hard to choose just one color...you chose many pretty ones! I will go with Moon Child though since I love using purples.

The strange shaped tool is for inner and outer curved surfaces. Like the inside and outside of a pot…. But useful for other things too….

Wow, lovely colors! I really like Polaris and the number 18, but shore is also beautiful. I like color separating paints, but that gold in number 13 Is stunning too! Congrats on 1 million views!!!

I would agree! I'm also not sure how much I'll use the Buttermilk (even though it's pretty, it's not a colour I use often) but all the others, definitely!

Wonderful watercolors. Hard to choose one favorite, but Blood Moon, Capricorn, Earthshine, and Sagittarius are especially appealing. I'm very excited to hear that you will be playing with clay. I bought some DAS clay recently and have not yet opened it. Here in Maine, USA, we are snowed in. All doors blocked by snow! Except the garage door, phew! Gorgeous, sunny day though. :)

Good Sunday evening! I like using the air dry clay, for the same reason as kilns are expensive and not any studios to work in. I found some dental tools great to work with too. I, also, like Sculpey clay and you can fire it in a toaster oven, perfect for a studio. You use a pasta maker to roll it out. Might be able to use it for the air dry clay. You can probably find them in art stores and department stores. I love felting and made my sister a purse. It was so much fun. I want to make some felted cute animals, but haven’t started yet. So much to do! The paints are beautiful and I love your swatches…the Little Rock’s! Have a wonderful trip Suffolk visiting your mother. It’s hard to pick one, but Moon Child is my #1 favorite. 8th House? I think is pretty amazing but I like the blue next to it. Can’t go past a blue. I’m intrigued about the clay! I’ve dabbled with it for years but not recently so looking forward to watching.

I like how you swatched your colors...like tumbled pebbles. I wonder how that brilliant pink would work as a mixer with other colors. DaVinci Opus- vivid pink works beautifully when mixed.

Goodness how fun. Can't wait to see your revisited adventures. I may add you new rabbit hole to my stashed clay projects. Made little clay bird beads and gave them all away to beading friends. Moved on to Japanese Metal clay that burns off to solid beads. So expensive but sheer beauty.

Lovely video Natasha. Looking forward to the clay pieces. I used to use Das clay years ago and it was great. It was a little bit fibrous as I recall bit was easily sanded smooth once dry. I used to make badges and the edges were sometimes a bit furry! Love the 8th house with the gold shimmers
