not really. if your video gets shown in recommended and home page this can work really well. With search rankings it doesn't work as well, make sure your title is optimized as soon as you upload.

it could work but usually you'll start biased. but yes it can still work for sure. always do research anyway, don't randomly title your video if your goal is to rank in search.
