How to calculate perdiem in Ethiopia

Perdiem is a specified amount that employers will pay to employees for travelling and any accommodation expenses before, during and after staying 25 km away from hiring place. the amount of money given to employee is
the maximum 4 % of basic salary,minimum of 500 birr per day for breakfast,launch,dinner and bed with out bed it will be 2.5% or 300 birr per day.
for managements maximum 5 % of basic salary,minimum of 1,000 birr per day for breakfast,launch,dinner and bed or with out bed it will be 3% or 600 birr per day.
