This team feels different, like if one has an off shooting night there's enough fire power to pick up the slack, and the fact the curry doesn't have to score 30pts for the team to win is very stress relieving.

Give Kuminga a few more games starting at the 3. It was the first game of the season! I think that he'll be fine with a few plays ran for him and he is able to find/pick his spots better that's all. Surprisingly, Wiggins is looking good at the 2, and at 6'8 most games he is going to have the height advantage over most 2s too. Steph averaging 20-25 ppg, Wiggins at 18 ppg and if Kuminga can build off last season to pitch in 20 ppg, GS starting 5 is looking good. I'm sure Green will put in 8-10 ppg and TJD in the GS motion offense can legit average 10-15 ppg, which is a well balanced lineup, and what is more crazy is that position 2-5 can switch every screen and TJD is going to have a lot of blocks this season when you have Wiggins, Kuminga and Green leading defenders into TJD. TJD has great timing which is underrated when it comes to blocks. He is a sophomore too btw, and those reps vs prime AD, Jokic and Giannis is going to do him wonders watch.
Like that Kerr played 12 & will try to continue moving forward using all 12. Currently favor this starting lineup …. - SC - BH (don’t care about the def issues with SC … the 2 are synergistic & electric) - DG - AW - TJD * need balance & chemistry … there was no chemistry, spacing, etc… with both Wiggs & JK in the game together. * also JK should not be a starter … he was awful …. & just doesn’t seem to understand the game …. He often looks lost & has a poor basketball IQ …. This has been going on since JK was drafted. Sometimes he’s better but this is infrequent & more often he seems lost or confused 2nd 5 …. - DM - BP - JK - MM - KL * Try to mix in GPII & Slow Mo every night. * LW III when it makes sense or there are injuries, etc… not an every night player. * GS when there is a blowout or injury.
keep the big starting line-up for at least 30 games. kuminga WILL figure it out. trace is mandatory at the center position, both for his newly increased size, his jumping ability, his rim protection, his development and his confidence. the player i am most concerned about is actually wiggins--he's a guy whose head hasn't been in the game for over 2 years and even when his head WAS in the game he still needed to find the focus and motivation to bring his full package of skills to bear on the game.
Why wait on Wiggs when there's FOUR people who could step in and not miss a beat??? Buddy, Moses, Waters, Santos, Melton... I'd love to see Q-Post getting work at the 5 ahead of Loon. Q is a legit 7footer, 43% on 3s, and busy in the paint.. (wonder why Kerr doesn't like TALL basketball players).
This is the real strength in numbers team. One thing to watch, against a young team in Portland they got a lot of easy transition baskets that essentially put the game away in the 3rd quarter. Let's see if they can continue to push the pace and succeed with that strategy against a more experienced, more methodical team like the Timberwolves, Nuggets & Mavs.

Huge JK fan but I hear the criticisms of his game, so I tried to watch more objectively last night. His lack of awareness on defense was really troubling and he was definitely pressing his offense last night. Pressing meaning, head down, trying to force the issue and get up shots instead of allowing things to come to him. Great team win....hope JK finds his footing or he and his contract will be an unwanted distraction and ultimately lead to him being the odd man out in trade scenarios

Kuminga isn’t worth 30 million. Trade him before the deadline. He doesn’t fit the Warriors style and system they play. Unless, he can prove that before the deadline.
