Right and he was at a couple of Seagal´s movie premieres including "On Deadly Ground", Marked for Death and Under Siege". But they don´t have any contact anymore(for many years).
That's cool that he gave a shoutout to Nick Mancuso here. Mancuso had become friends with Seagal and was a fellow practitioner of Aikido at the time. He had a fantastic TV series in the 1980s called Stingray that heavily featured martial arts and Cold War themes.
True alot of actors definitely copied that style, especially that dude in sons of anarchy. lol **raspy whisper** "gotta save the baby... doing all this for the baby..wheres the baby?... the baby is kidnapped.. gotta get the baby back.....tarah.... you cant see the baby nomore... youre a bad influence on the baby... " lol meanwhile hes the worst thing that ever happened to that baby
I have to admit, when the man first came out I was intrigued. I had never seen Aikido on screen So I was very fascinated. But that ship sailed a very long time ago🛳
Saw Seagal on a letterman interview too , he was pleasant , easy going. Almost self effecing, come out with some story's that actually were funny...I wonder if Stephen was trolling us all along..
Arsenio was a big Seagal fan at the time. Did you know that Arsenio was at the premiere of "Marked for Death"? Did you know that Arsenio was at the premiere of "Out for Justice"? Did you know that he was at the premiere of "Under Siege"? He was also at the premiere of "On Deadly Ground"! Arsenio was a huge Seagal fan at the time, that´s a fact.
@@Katzenhase duh! But Aresnio was still trolling him cuz he knows Segal doesn't like to be referred to as Caucasian cuz he's not that. It's Kool to troll friends
I think Seagal´s first 5 movies were better. And be honest Seagal was a bigger star in the US than van Damme. His movies grossed much more. His martial arts style was much more realistic and inventive than van Damme´s. I was never impressed by van Damme because he doesn´t have much charisma and he´s more of a ballett dancer than martial artist. Totally show and not very realistic. However, in real life Seagal is a very strange dude, we all know that.
Van damme was a bigger star what you on mate he is self made nobody gave him a chance he made it on his own plus films like bloodsport kickboxer and and universal soldier plus hard target timecop nah mate think we'll have to agree to disagree pal
He was pleasant, jovial, and answered every question without being difficult. He was pretty good in Under siege as well. 1992 was a long time ago!!
Steven segale the best of all time😎💯💯 90s and 80s
Seagal is one of my favorites. He's done lots of cool movies, and he sounds like an interesting and knowledgeable guy.
Steven Seagal was one of Arsenio’s favorite guest.
Right and he was at a couple of Seagal´s movie premieres including "On Deadly Ground", Marked for Death and Under Siege". But they don´t have any contact anymore(for many years).
Seagal runs like a little bitch
No wonder you bum of seagal with a name like Nico pleb van damme all-day Pal including Sundays
Strange running style. Maybe because of his Aikido training. But he would beat up van Damme within 20 seconds.
You underestimate van dammes skill's you silly sausage how silly are you go and wak off to seagals movies you plonker Rodney

Under siege is still the best Steven Seagal movie
The only one worth watching
Because of the villains lol
That was the first time Steven Seagal doesn't have his trademark pony tail as he got a haircut I believe
1992
Jack Palance and Steven Seagal master of whispering talk.

enjoy seagal´s appearance on arsenio´s show in his prime.
Thanks. Good times!
Seagal went to the barbiers in coming to America (1988) to get his ponytail cut off.
I have to admit, when the man first came out I was intrigued. I had never seen Aikido on screen So I was very fascinated. But that ship sailed a very long time ago🛳
Of course, but other action stars career is also over (Arnie, Sly, Willis etc.).
@@Katzenhase But Arnold and sly's movies are legendary. I was done with Steven by on deadly ground🤷🏿
@@generalinformation3507 Me, too!
Arsenio threw so much shade.
erika eleniak made the movie for me.
Nicde butt! Did you know Seagal wanted to put a love scene in wityh him and Erika in Under Siege?
Used to replay that cake scene all the time. 😍
When she came out of that cake my cake Rose🍆
He didn't do Fried Green Tomatoes, but he did 🧅 movie.

It´s here on youtube. The Letterman interview from 1994. The dog story at the airport.
Lol Arsenio called Steven the coolest Caucasian on the planet and Steven looked like he wanted to slap him.. Arsenio trolling him.

@@terryindachat7296 It´s entertainment. What do you expect?
He had several good movies back in the day.....but now they are hokey and stupid. He is a self centered egotistical person.
he coming back.he just signed to do a film on the goodyear blimp
And he still is the best ass kicker
so he is a spiritual toxic person, those normally should be contradictory , based on scientific research
Im not sure who is worse....Stephen or Arsenio?? those two are so done...lol
Steven, not Stephen
I grew up watching his films i just prefer Van dammes movies plus at least Van damme has abit more personality Lol

I like Van Damme better, but Seagal was definitely bigger (at least in the US).
Seagal is superior to Damme. Damme is good but Seagal is on another level.
The joker
😂😂
Green jacket is atrocious ; looks a the surface of a pool table…
Arsenio was the best late night talk show ever!
@@LordCommandor He was good; still an atrocious jacket
