Embellish gifts with a tulle puff

Learn how to make a quick and easy tulle puff bows to embellish your gifts. If you have some leftover tulle this is a great way to make use of it and make your gifts look great. I didn't say it in the video, but I am using 6" glitter tulle. I made this video in 2011 but didn't upload it for almost two years!
