At the current pay for lime and bird it is just easier (and cleaner) to just drive food ... On the other hand I combine mobile charging of a few scooters while I deliver food and when I am done delivering food, the scooters are fully charged and I drop them off on the way home from food deliveries (I pick up scooters near by when I drive food orders).
This could be huge for anyone with a truck and especially a cargo van. No longer would you need a massive charging setup at home nor would you need to invest hours waiting for all of these scooters to charge. What do you think? Do you feel this is a good new option?
I live in SLC and there’s so many limes around me. Now that I have a truck I’m going to do this while I work part time in the weekends. Should give me lots of time to go do stuff during the week and allow me the freedom to work seasonally during the winter at ski resorts.
I see the red markers where the scooters are located. But Everytime I pick up a scooter the map only displays lime hubs not the lime base. I think other have the same problem because now these red markers are everywhere.
Hi Erk, If you're juicing the scooter (charging to full power) it can be dropped off at ANY available serve hub once charged. If you are harvesting (picking up) a "drop-off" scooter, it can be immediately returned to ANY drop-off point and does not need to be charged. Hope this helps!

@@YourDriverMike i do lime pickup in Columbus, there are TONS of red tasks, yet no lime base anywhere, only able to do the charge tasks and move tasks, so with an 8ft truck bed I just move the scooters at $3 per unit and it takes me 30 seconds to pick each one up.
From what I'm reading you got to buy all your chargers and I went and left for a few scooters that have been almost impossible to find and I would just say be very very careful because a lot of these scooters are just at like random businesses at random hours and the police like to harass you luckily I got my license I got my insurance and I don't do anything wrong but I can just imagine all the people that they pick on

Thanks for commenting Wesley, it does seem pretty easy and allows for mass drop offs with the right vehicle. No worrying about charging and unloading and reloading multiple times.
Hi Fanny, you can serve a fully charged scooter at any time within the same day of harvesting or at the very latest by 7:00AM the following morning (to receive full pay).

Hi Chevy, there may not be one in your immediate area. There are much less drop off bases vs traditional bases.

You'll get the dollar amount once you drop off the scooter at the drop off hub.
So do u click on the icon pick up the amount of scooters and then it tells u were to drop them off?
Could you apply as a lime juicer and just use it as a perk to ride limes for free? As you can unlock them and ride as juicer..

What happen if you leave lime scotter after 7am? Can you leave them before 5am.

Hi Michael, as you charge and drop off more and more scooters Lime will increase your maximum number of scooters you can harvest.
