What we the price for each tray? And how many people does it serve please?
What number do you cut your meats and cheeses on for you tray
I would guess a 1... that's what it usually is
It really depends on what kind of platter you are making… myself working in a deli department, sometimes it’s on number 1 but more then anything we sliced it on 0.5
i coulda threw the meat and cheese on the plate n made it look better..... i think you need more training. or just take two weeks off, n quit!
