Tuve el placer de ver a estos tipos volar todos los días durante aproximadamente un año en persona en su base de operaciones en Las Vegas. Nunca envejece. Además, pasé 2 semanas en Cartagena ... Tienes un país hermoso. No puedo esperar a regresar.
Anyone know what the hand signals are as they leave the tarmac other than the obvious ones of saluting their crews and waving goodbye? Thanks great video.... God keep them all safe. Thank you for your service!
Some of the hand signals (“gang signs”) are unique to the specific jet/position- for example the opposing solo will wave their hands like 6 shooters, since they’re the #6 jet; the lead solo might hold up both hands, tips of the thumbs touching, to replicate the solo’s signature formation, the calypso pass. Other hand signs are personal- representing colleges, past squadrons, etc.
"Pilots without maintainers are just pedestrians with sunglasses and cool jackets" Maintainers are underappreciated, overworked, and still do some world-class work under stress. These were some of the hardest working troops I've ever had the good fortune of meeting in the Air Force (they also know how to party).
Love the flying skills of the Thunderbirds but the exaggerated gestures, drill and posturers of the ground crew staff sergeants looks faintly ridiculous. Leaning back on your heels with your hand covering your crotch? What's that about? It detracts from the flying display and the maintainers just look simply silly.
Wow! 1 of the best 'ground shows' on the internet. I love it! ❤👍🔥
Maj. Ryan Bodenheimer is an AWESOME pilot!
It never gets old, pride and precision while performing the mission!

Today, i don't like the new ground show compared to this one. Love the music fits perfectly and the introduction of the pilots.
Yeah, I wish they would keep doing it.

What song is that
Why the number "5" is upside down?
Great question. It's because #5 spends more time upside down (in front of the crowd) than right side up.

In the time it took for this demonstration, the US national debt increased by $20m and no one did anything to stop it.
