80 percent true for me..anger issues not having patience feeling of injustice of life with me I was born 5 am and after my birth my father’mental health became worse and after a two three years he went missing and never came back .. that’s when everything changed in my life ..now I am married everything is okay between me and my husband there is no serious issue but I am still not at peace there are lot of things which makes me anxious..I was very good in studies but still I am not successful in my career still trying to get a job ..so I can relate with this video ..I wish I could get peace, nobody understands me ..

🙌.Very much relates to me,anger n shouting to my kids whatever is coming to my mind.I don't like n regret it n apologize to my kids later on n told them not to make me angry.To control it I have to go for walk n have water .But I do 10 mins.meditation in the morning.Recently I join as a teacher so it will help me to control my anger by teaching .Thank you.
