    @televisionsover You never know.Hear so many different versions of what happened at the Little Big Horn,will probably never know the real story for certain.Version that I hear the most is that they simply grossly under estimated the size of the Indian war party.Also that they spread themselves out way too thin,making each group impotent against the Indian attack.Gatling Gun,might not have saved them,but at least they could have taken a few more Redskins down with them.

      What for - the Indians were fighting for their land and their very survival - Custer was the invader and the aggressor. They called him squaw killer for good reason. This is a totally fictionalized characterization of Custer done by a very fine actor, Wayne Maunder.
