There is no underprivelege in America and Europe. I say so becos those are the most only two continents that really values the purpose of the UN general assembly, the rest are just followers who dont understand that this organ is there to serve their interests and not an enemy. But what do they do instead, they judge and through tantrums at the UN, World Bank, IMF etc. Especially Backward Africa.

Speaks very well. However I need to ask what Africa's financial contribution to the UN is? It's marginal, yet these countries make the highest demands. In terms of dealing with conflict, how many African countries are not experiencing their own internal conflicts driven by personal greed, power and corruption.
If it's about financial contributions, then the poor, underprivileged will remain VOICELESS, which is against the foundational principles of DEMOCRACY.
Iam Africa and this is very very true.
