Maybe I’m late to the party, but … Cody Kilby is becoming my favorite bluegrass guitarist. Everyone was great. Thanks for this Marcel. Keep fighting the good fight.
Torn between commenting "Wow I'm SO honored to be in this" and "Marcel, you're just MEAN"! 😆But since you were mean to everyone else equally, I'll go with my first comment... I sure don't feel worthy to be in this collaboration and really appreciate being asked to participate!! 🎸 #Rule1.407
Gee. And here I thought he was preventing any sympathetic tones from the strings behind the capo, being capoed at the 5th fret and all. Silly me. (J/K)
I’m honored that my mandolin is being played by Chris and David in this video. Is Rebecca a fiddle tune? Would it not be a mandolin tune like New Camptown Races? My intent is not to be provocative I’m actually curious.
Yeah, I'm curious about that too. I feel like all the kids are using the term fiddle tune to just mean instrumental of any origin. I've been doing it more too lately. I suppose I'd still call the OG Scruggs instrumentals banjo tunes but that's it.
Chris Eldridge plays like spring feels after a long winter
Aw, you didn't make Jake E. do 3 breaks with one string and no capo?
Jake always kills it
Looking for the combined plant on fire emoji. If you know, you know. 🪴🔥
This is great, man. I like getting to see the in-between stuff
Great playing from everyone, but the Chris Eldridge solo in particular was fantastic! Great video!
Marcel's editing at Jake's syncopated lick at 7:16...

He’s been one of the very best for many years, love his tone. He’s an animal.
The ending bloopers are incredibly inspiring hahaha
Fantastic line-up! From Libby, Chris Henry, and David Benedict to everyone else super fun stuff!
beautiful tribute to Herschel

You are definitely worthy of being in this video! And of course the plant is the real star of the video!
@@MickeyAbraham2022 Thanks, you're kind! And haha...
Your playing was definitely most tasty! Much love from Ireland :)
You sounded great Libby👍👍
@@RonDuligi Thanks! ☺
What. That’s a lot of horsepower in one room. Great work.
Cool video, keep ‘em coming! Thanks. And nice to see Libby just continuing to play great. 👍🏽
Thanks! 💜
Wow! That was SWEET!
Even among a video of great pickers, Jake stands out. Gotta love the hard stop and walk off.
I love the holding Critters neck down😂He could've done that break even better if you woulda let him swing his guitar around😭

Beautiful stuff all around!
They are all sitting in front of the famous pranked tree (and Libby was the first player, how appropriate)...of course, it is a great video
😂
Yeah!! Thanks for making this Marcel! And gotta love the comments before each one! 😅
Cody Kilby always makes it look so smooth and easy. Killer player
Heck of an assemblage of players. Fantastic 🙌🏻 Y'all killed it at World of Bluegrass this year.
Jake Workman is the 21st century bluegrass God. Always awesome.
🤣😂Last Chris's break was like... trying to B.B King
Marcel....Delivering us Fresh Bluegrass Goodness, one Content Drop at a Time! Thanks for always going above and beyond!
All stars!
I remember jamming with Chris about 25 years ago. Still a beast.
I need Jake’s run on tab lol
Hot & Spicy. Me likey.
Love that break by Critter.
Nice breaks! Gives me some ideas.😊
What a treat of a video!
Super nice!
So great!
Such a nice line up!
There is The Bluegrass Coalition and now the Bluegrass Omerta. 😉👍
Fan-dang-tastic. I enjoyed that so much! Thanks everyone.
