not specifically regarding accessibility, but I had a coworker who refused to learn how to learn how to do paragraph styles. She spent a LOT of extra time, during weekends, trying to get her work done. I offered to teach her, but she was uninterested. I wasn't her supervisor; just a friendly coworker trying to make her life better and save her many many hours of work with a half-hour "lesson". But she wasn't having it. Oh well.....

Wow. I guess she thought they were more work or something.

This is so hard to follow without you doing a video tutorial of each thing

Hi, Ariel. Sorry about that. My podcast is audio only for now, and I plan to do it with video in the future, especially so I can do more content where it's helpful to show it while talking about it. But this isn't a tutorial video, so there really wouldn't be much to show.

Hi, Ariel. I invite you to check out some tutorials I have done for CreativePro's channel. I think you will find them helpful.

I would agree with Ariel and also suggest possibly making a tutorial on the best way/better way to make an accessible pdf instead of just seeming like a dig at designers. Showing some of these issues/how they could be done better or (as you seem to have a handle on it) showing how it's done right/correctly as oppose to just coming at creatives, how inept they might be and how non-designers/self taught users are better. Someone like me, who is in the process of designing accessible PDFs, would have found this informative if it didn't feel like an anti-designer rant. Opinion, not fact.

Thanks for your feedback, Aaron. I don't like it when I come across as I didn't intend. My purpose is to instill confidence in designers and educate them on better practices. I would never want to come across any other way because 1) I've been there myself where I didn't know these things and learned them over time and 2) I certainly don't think I am better than anyone else. I also do not think that self-taught designers are better. I was simply trying to make a point that years of experience don't always matter.
Usually the feedback I get is very positive. I hope you will check out some of my other videos to maybe get to know me a little better and understand that I am a champion for designers.
At the time of this video, I was not doing video podcasts. I started recently though. I may do a new video at some point with tutorials. In the meantime, I invite you to check out some tutorials I have done for CreativePro's channel. I think you will find them helpful. It's usually the ones who say that whose files need the most work. :/
