Wow, kind of nice seeing an Impala that someone didn't think they had to put SS badges on for it to be relevant. Good looking car.

Remember bc it’s a fast back sporting a 305 or 307 motor dosent mean it can command ss prices like the 327,396,or 427 it may very well be that it isn’t an ss car their asking 25.9 for in all honesty this cars numbers probably match nothing original abd maybe worth only what the owner put into it.🤔

Nice 68 Impala. I have one that I have owned for 48 years. Still original SS427, four speed, white buckets, marron paint, and Rally Wheels. My favorite year of Impala styling.

Especially for 25k, if were cheaper over all price I'd be tempted to put in a better engine. But 25k is crazy

I love those '68 impala fastbacks! To bad it isn't a big block, especially a 427, but if it were you would be asking twice that price since those are very rare.

This vehicle may just have only 39,000 miles by the looks of that undercarriage. '68 fastback coupe is one of the sharpest body styles for the Impala. This is the car back in the day that you chose to take to the drive-in theater because of the trunk size. Would you look at it, just look at it! The package tray is rust-free.

Very nice car. 307's were never known as performance mills, but a very nice car. Fairly rare.

Wow. I consider myself a car guy and I never heard of a fastback impala! What the heck? How have I never heard of these before? They must be very rare. What a cool sporty muscle car it makes too! Dang, I'd love to have one.

Such a sleek design for such a large car. Don't see these too often. Very cool. We all heard enough of what it SHOULD have. The car is there !!

Another beautiful Chevy, someone will enjoy cruising with this one. I would install a turbo 350 or 700R to improve highway miles. However, if the car is driven conservatively, it should be fine. Well worth finishing up. Thanks for sharing Nick. This one brings back memories of college, where I met a man who had one exactly like this. It was a beauty.

I had one of these in 1975 biggest piece of junk, burned a quart of oil a week, was same color with black vinyl roof, old man bought it for me while I was in high school...he knew cars why he bought that piece of crap was beyond me, the valves were knocking louder than the cops serving a search warrant. It died a proper death 2 months later from all the oil collecting on the mainfold from the leaking valve covers, caught on fire while I was going down the road, and burned fast..I wasn't hurt but I sure was glad I was in a small town with a volunteer fire dept, burned long enough to it's death.

Growing up, our neighbor bought a new 68 Impala SS fast back. Had a small block and 4 speed. From the 1st day he bought that poor car was driven into the muddy depths of Bethlehem Steel’s Sparrows Point Plant. It rusted away to nothing. Very sad for an 11 year old car kid.
