"We didn’t have explosives, gunpowder. We didn’t have anything to charge our rifle cartridges with. The Americans really saved us with their gunpowder and explosives. And how much sheet steel they gave us! How could we have produced our tanks without American steel? But now they make it seem as if we had an abundance of all that. Without American trucks we wouldn’t have had anything to pull our artillery with." --Gen. Zhukov
When Operation Barbarossa started, the Red Army had 26,000 tanks, and Germany had 3,000 available for that invasion. Too bad for the Red Army that only 6,000 of its tanks were fully operational, and most of them were outdated and obsolete since it didn't have many T-34s and KVs until 1943.
The USA produced almost 50,000 M4 Shermans and supplied many to its allies, including the USSR. The most common tank in allied armies. The USSR produced over 70,000 T-34s. The T-34 suffered the highest losses of any tank in history. 3/4 of them were lost in World War 2 alone. They didn't solve all the problems with it until after the war. Only the T-54/55, which wasn't in service until 1945 after the war ended, had a higher production number than the T-34. Over 100,000 were produced. The most produced tank of all time.
The UK is down to about 30 today. Pretty funny, but then again, the tank has gone the way of the battleship. It's just drone food. Obsolete and a death trap.
DURING WW2, CHINA HAD 82 T-26 LIGHT TANKS
CONGRATULATIONS 1M Gravity 🎉🎉🎉

We’re is Iraq 🇮🇶
確か第二次世界大戦での中戦車(M4シャーマン戦車)の生産数では世界一の筈。ロシアのT34/76・85も入れたら…恐らくは。😅数の暴力での押し戻しは勝てません‼️🙇💦😨
