Contact customer support and let them know you pre-registered before the game went live. They told me the same thing and fixed the problem. since I already cleared prologue and built the shop as soon as the next login started the rewards popped up.
I searched for the tier list after getting into the game but that tier list is so poor that it looks like it was written by someone who just look at the game for a few minutes and wrote it. What they wrote in there is just their character's specific name you can have 2-more the same characters but they gonna have different names.
Nah the their list is correct because it’s showing the name of the unit with the higher stat value, you can even check yourself, the sorc in top tier will have higher stats than the sorc below it
@@DeleteExistencewhat are you talking about I just made a new account multiple times today and it had preregistration rewards? And the boosted stat banner says it goes away in 10 days for me..

They took away the preregistration rewards for new players and the game will be super P2W like it was in Australia because the game is 4 years old.

@@isengdudegameit's new for global. They took away that banner as well with the vampire or whatever that had boosted stat. So can't roll on that
