So, like, I can hear the tone and emotion of the voice, but I can't distinguish the lyrics. I tend to wait until after hearing the song enough times to get it memorized, And Then watching the music video. It's annoying though, if I really want to see the music video. For some reason, captions are really a flaky, inaccurate, and rare event on here.
Anyway, this really makes a HUGE difference for me & people like me, because we can look at this and the video, and just read along with it.

This band has helped me so much. I was just diagnosed in July with severe anxiety and severe depression disorder. This band is my goto band now when my anxiety starts getting out of control. Its therapy for me and reading the comments here help m as well knowing I'm not crazy and I'm not alone.
How did you decide you were gonna go and talk to someone I am just worried about judgement and have been putting off for a year now.
I was actually sent to a hospital for a suicide attempt nobody saw it coming because I never said a word to anyone. But going to the hospital helped me talk to a councilor and she diagnosed me. I didn't even know I had severe depression and anxiety until it was diagnosed. Now I am on medication that helps. I would highly suggest getting help as soon as possible. You have a chance to get help before it goes as far as mine went. You are not alone there are plenty of us out there that suffer from this.
I also have severe anxiety. If you would like we can chat?

I absolutely love these guys, not just the singers, the whole band. Their sound is a symphony in my ears.
This song has a different meaning for me, and a heavy one. I was an ex athlete, addicted to opioid painkillers from a knee injury. I ended up losing everything, and an addict with shallow pockets soon learns that heroin is cheaper. I was crashing and burning, and died on the floor of a bathroom, on 6/26/2019. I've never touched drugs again, and never will. I will always wear my scars. And I'm good with that.

Karnage Ghosh it gives the other performers more room to move around and have fun in performances and stuff, since the drummer is pretty much stationary (s)he doesn't typically need to worry about that.
as a musician myself, having the drummer in the back is immensely helpful for a few reasons, 1) drums get crazy loud, having them in the back, and typically closer to the curtains than the other members helps deaden the sound a bit 2) having them behind us allows the vibrations to carry forward on the stage, helping us keep our time

I am very impressed with the balance this song has. the vocal range and aggressiveness of the vocalists is phenomenal. The staccato riffs and driving bass lines make this an amazing find. The lyrics speak to a whole different level of pain but still very relatable. The production value on the video is great as well. Seriously, well done guys!

I have been listening to this song on repeat since yesterday. I love I prevail so Idk how I just discovered this song but I guess I needed to discover it now. I have dealt with severe mental health issues since childhood, and was put through hell as a child because of it. Now some days I feel like I have to fight with everything just to get out of bed. I have survived 7 suicide attempts, 4 of them was before I was 15. And I found myself on the verge again here lately until I started listening to this song. Thank you guys for such an amazing song. I will wear my scars, no more hiding them or protecting the ones who hurt me. I will let my voice be heard. And there is no telling how many others you guys have helped from this song. Amazing.

There has always been shit pop music, unsympathetic elitists, war mongering testosterone filled ideologues, impractical unrelenting pacifist idealists, uneducated zealots, unopinionated apolitical sheep, divisive ignorant bigots - ideological, racial, and religious ones, etc. etc. etc.
If you want to be real, based on polling and statistics, minus maybe the ideological bigotry and lack of open mindedness when it comes to politics (Because of the current divisive climate and lack of general involvement and knowledge from the population), all of these things have gotten better.
The amount of people in poverty in the world is lower then it's ever been by a wide margin. The lowest number of people starve and are homeless. The highest number ever have access to basic education and healthcare.
So you can sit there and bitch about OUR generation, but I'm going to be making my mark, while you sit there and complain. I'd say if anything, it's people like you that make us lame. But I'm not so pessimistic to believe people like you make up a large portion of us. You don't. And we'll continue to pull the weight. Please get on your feet and help pull with us :)

Unfortunately, my scars are internal. I’ve done so much to screw with my head that I was unable to do anything for a while, then something happened and now I am better. That something was getting out of high school and moving on with my life, I was putting too much pressure on myself to get good grades. Now I’m at a point where the only thing in life that matters is making it through.
