Guys please raise my comment , I have a problem with juggling the ball , I am a very good dribbler and have a great foot control and first touch but somehow I can barely juggle 6 times , and I see much worse players than me juggle easily and that’s bothering me , I saw many tutorials and nothing worked and I know it’s an important thing that I need to master .

Keep up the work! Watched the video, you are a good player. Strengthen than hamstring though, you are too young to have hamstring problems. Strong hamstring will also give you more explosive speed. I think thats what you are lacking!
Donot train your muscles to become strong train your body in a way that you train your full body holistically donot focus on upperbody session , leg sessions , etc play different sports like basketball every week and roll your body with tennis ball do not strectch your muscles just roll and heat and movements are key for recovery ... Rest and cold is not good for recovery ..... Start training slow and do a lot amount of movements do not go to gym ... Believe on me just try this way for ones you will get huge change

I wouldn’t worry about juggling that much, just focus on your fundamentals
@@footballfundamental juggling is a fundamental and also one of the best fundamental drill U can do plus all of the pros can do it and I mean ALL.

Just spend more time juggling do it more and you'll improve just as you've done in dribbling
