It's as if he has won the world war and came home making his country proud. What a shame that he is being projected as a hero. People must understand that it's an interim bail and he will go back on June 2nd. If he was not corrupt, then why are so many attempts made to get a bail and why was it denied so many times by the courts?
Courts look at evidence and without evidence it would be impossible to keep a chief minister of a UT/State in Jail.
Go read the PMLA amendment first and see on whom does the burden of proof lie in it and compare it with other such laws even in other countries which are developed
