seeing the live choreo with the chairs at HITC last night was insane, they’re so insanely talented. they truly are extraordinary girls

One of the biggest thing that impresses me by their choreographies, is that their choreographers (Sienna and Renan) are actually thinking like how dance crews choreographs their works in dance competition. They are predicting the next visual, next formation and next step, by hiding the blow up moves like Harvey standing up in the chair, she is hidden carefully by Maya and Jurin at the front to not see her actually climb up carefully to not hurt herself. They also do this through how they move the chairs. They know how to set up something so obvious, but it becomes so surprising when executed because of who is taking center, and how hidden it is because of the background visuals in the choreography.
They had Chair Choreography, ASL, and dance choreo with Stepping mixed all into 1.
Harvey stands on an A chair symbolic for Alphaz which transitions to an X chair, afterwards they have 2 X chairs by the side.
They incorporated ASL into so many end words, plus notice how they were stepping in the chorus!
Fun fact, in the live shows, the chairs actually spelled GRL GVNG in the end, check it out!

I believe the main reason for the consistent satisfaction derived from watching XG's dance performances is the ability of XG to execute dance moves and dance routines flawlessly, no matter how challenging they may be. This enables the choreographers to unleash their creativity and incorporate daring, mind-blowing elements without any hesitation.

@2:11, the body isolations of Juria, Maya and Hinata while sitting down is insane. Never sleep on Hinata’s dance skills. On their documentary you can she how she grew/evolved into this amazing dancer. She’s elite
Another part of the choreo that's insane is at 12:02 when Juria and Hinata pop and lock their heads, shoulders and arms while on the chair. Juria literally looked so robotic it was UNREAL!👌🔥
As someone who just came from HITC, when you asked, "Do they do this live??" I'm here to tell you yes. They do even more than this. You have to check out the livestream!
The sheer talent of these girls is just so scary. They can nail the most technical choreo down to the t. And still exudes charisma while doing it. These girls just live to perform. Sienna Lalau also has outdone herself in honing the innate talent of these girls. Them hugging at the end of their performance in HITC LA yesterday was just heart warming.

You know the reaction is gonna go hard everyday when it takes 2 whole minutes to analyze the first 14 seconds of the dance practice.
I swear XG got the best and exciting choreography. Love everything about this. Yes, people might think that this was not their hardest choreo but believe me, it might seem simple but damn, that was hard to execute perfectly. the girls be working hard. love them!
Gosh ! I watched the dance practice many times, but I didn't notice all the tiny details. These girls (and their choreographer) are INSANE !!! 🤯
The Inkigayo live performance was the best one. If you are gonna check it. The vocals are live and the chairs spells GRL GVNG. At first it’s all shuffled. But by the time they lined up the chairs on a straight line, it spells it. It’s such a good choreo. Sienna Lalau is insane. I’m so happy she performed with the girls at HITC
12:02 a lot of people overlook Hinata in this part. She made the move look crispy af.

I'm always shocked with XG. They have such a hard coreo with new formations any second beat, but they always look synchronized and still as if every lady has her own flow. I have no clue how they achive this...

It's really cool choreography in part, I think, because it's constantly subverting our expectations. We're used to seeing the featured performer front and centre, and while occasionally they do this - often we're unable to predict where the person doing the solo work will be. Our brains are kept guessing the entire way through. They reinforce this with the continuous formation shuffles, and slight changes to choreography we've already seen and are, therefore, predicting.
It makes for an incredibly satisfying watch - and I'm astounded by just how good they are. Theres a moment at about 20:34 where one of the girls on the right hand side of the screen shuffles the chair slightly to make the alignment better - it's almost imperceptible. But it's the way that even in the middle of what's a pretty fast paced number with a huge number of moving parts she was able to spot something she didnt like and adjust it without the majority of the audience noticing. It's unbelievable.
