Absolutely I'm in Alabama not far from Mountain Brook , where two of the girls , are that were attacked. One lost her hand and part of her leg. Though our circumstances are very different I can relate to being attacked. I was attacked by a Rabid fox and almost died. Had to do the full treatment of shots in my tummy for 28 straight days due to complications.

Very true! I am lucky and you never know what you might catch - I usually have 3 rods out with different baits to spread my chances and then just wait haha
I have just found you Miller and was very impressed with how you narrate and cut your video. You are so lucky to live on the canals at the Gold Coast. I live near Toowoomba and the lakes do not offer anything close to what you catch. I am green with envy!
Love the out an about videos but the jetty ones are always interesting. Used to have an apartment on one of the canals and would always watch out for whatever was swimming past. I was up high so could look straight down. A 3 day jetty fish would be great.
I would really love to see more videos on the Gold Coast especially a 3 day jetty challenge. These videos are always so entertaining because it’s hard to predict what fish are always lurking in the canals.

yes Government fairly strict here for pollution so yes pretty clean around here - I have seen Bali with quite alot of plastic litter ! I hope to come to Phillipines soon!

When fishing in Florida Miller I call some flounder that are so good in for a big stone crab The flounder were like 16 in you would have a blast here fishing 🎣🎣🎣😊😊

This brings back such great memories of my dad taking my brother and me fishing in the inlets of North Carolina. I still remember the very first fish I caught. I can see it in my mind. It was just a little fish with very pointy fins. Don't remember what it was called. We used squid (bought at a bait shop) for bait. Didn't keep that fish; mom didn't want us bringing any smelly fish home lol. . Luderick -- another interesting fish I never heard of. So much variety in that one canal! . Man I love how you can have a fire and you can "camp" out at the jetty. It's like a kid's dream! (and kids at heart 😁) . What a video! And that close-up of the pike eel near the end. I’d absolutely love to do what you do spending so much time 6 months out in nature I live in Victoria near Shepparton and I’m in the bush on the Murray river every single day fishing exploring and looking for wildlife but then have to go back to regular life as well.
