That guy has done this same thing numerous times...Ive seen him on this channel and others...IMO, it's somewhat intentional but I can not figure out why...if notice, the boat has a door on the Starboard side @ the Stern for a ladder and people getting off and into the boat from the water...w so much water...running to one side then the other does nothing but makes it worse...all they had to do was open that door and 300-400lbs of water would have flowed out of that boat.... ps. They need to apply dmv exams to boating. You want to buy own and drive a boat, you got to pass a written test and a driving test and if you fail the driving part your boat gets possessed and you must wait 90 days to retake both written and driving tests!
The "captain" of the Scout has no business operating a boat or even learning how to spell boat. Between taking a couple of large waves over the bow, then coming close to capsizing because he was too stupid to have the bilge pumps turned on (look at 1:22 second mark before the pumps started discharging water.). He was close to sending the crew overboard.
If government regulations require a water craft vessel to be id’d by side marked registration, than I see disregard of the laws with so many unmarked vessels. A crack down should be held on vessels just like they do with cars/trucks. Fines and Impounds.
