6:56 Santi this recipe helped for me a lot it was 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger 1 tablespoon of honey 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 teaspoons of water (if the pepper feels stuck just make a hot tea and it will wash down) Lmk if u tried it and if it worked I’m obsessed with your vlogmasTy for doing vlogmas this year and I hope u do it many more years to come love u and keep going hard.❤

FOR THAT COUGH get you some:
-1 big spoonful of grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- juice of 1 lemon or lime doesn’t really matter
-Honey for that sweetness
-HOT WATER
Peel the ginger and blend it up to make a paste and throw that paste in a cup of hot water along side the other ingredients mentioned.. trust it’s gonna get you right! Gonna protect ur immune system too, we all need that rn.
