amazing how old some of them are and yet to be replaced.
THE BEST A-Z LIST EVER! B should’ve been Beauty and the Beast even tho it’s animated cause it’s just that good! 🥀
No, Beauty and the Beast could've be on this list. It as both a Broadway musical and a live action movie.
I love sound of music but think they were right to pick singing in the rain. Its one my my faves and sooo underrated!!
I woulda gone with Hair and not Hairspray, but that's just me.
Frances Locke Love both but the Hair movie is so different than the stage production.
I'm totally with you on that one
I 100% agree on this!
Haven't seen the Hairspray movie yet. It's on my list. I agree with quite a few of them, my absolute favorite being Xanadu.
me skipping through the video to see if the Greatest showman is here .. meh
That was never a movie musical-
My favourite musicals are: 1. Hairspray 2. Chicago 3. Jesus Christ Superstar. I was in a production of JCSS on stage in February 2020 and it was the best show I've ever done, loved every minute of it! My favourite song in JCSS is Simon Zealotes

*You put Newsies on the list, therefore you have earned my utmost respect.*
Wizard of oz should have been on this list. It’s one of the most iconic movies of all time and the most influential. I’ve been the scarecrow in the wizard of oz once when we did it at my school. My mom is also the drama club teacher. Which is pretty cool so I thought i would mention it.
My favorites on the list are Grease, Mary Poppins and Top Hat. I’m surprised you included Xanadu. That was one of my guilty pleasures in high school!
4:40 Newsies I knew it would be and G=Grease.
Is Newsies good?
the fact that M wasn't Moulin Rouge 😩
Kinda hoped for Miss Saigon, the vocals were amazing
@@aimy3943 true but the list is for movie musicals

This is an okay list, but here are the things that I would change based on my personal opinions:
- Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat is overshadowed by Jesus Christ Superstar (Don't come at me)
- Les Miserables is better than La La Land (Also I love The Last Five Years, I don't get all the hate towards it)
- The Greatest Showman and Grease are both amazing (When will there be a Greatest Showman musical)
- Mamma Mia! instead of Mary Poppins (I feel like this is a really unpopular opinion)
- Rent is WAY better than The Rocky Horror Picture Show (Rent is one of my favorite musicals)
- School of Rock is underrated as a musical movie, and (in my opinion) is better than Singin' in the Rain
No hate though, I love all these musicals!
I love all of them I love how there so in synched!!!...😱💯😎😀😍😃😘❤️☺️😄🥰😊😆
