They don't need to prove anything, they were huge in the 90s, sold millions of records, played stadiums. Now they're laid back artists doing their thing, their music got more intimate and acoustic, and that's okay. They're older now, they don't need loud hits, they have their folksy ballads they can play by the fire...
Played this in the background while my 10 year old daughter was drawing at the kitchen table. She is now humming the tune and singing the chorus to herself. After one listen. I must admit I love everything they create but I really love that their music transcends generations and cultures.
I don’t know what it is about The Corrs, I own every single Album, I can honestly hand on heart say that I love every song that they have written. Some of their songs are very emotional, I can relate. They are my escape.
This album was so underrated. I had barely listened to The Corrs for 15 years and when I learnt they were releasing something new I didn't expect too much from it, but when I heard it I was amazed and surprised at how good it was. I honestly think it is their best work to date, and I also have the feeling that if they had released this album on the late 90s when they were at their peak the songs could have been huge hits, because they are so good. It is a pity it was barely noticed.
What an astounding existence. 3 gorgeous sisters, and an equally gorgeous brother, and such musical talents...and they can write! Achievements like this is what pop was meant for.

This is so haunted, fragile and stripped down song. Perfect song for a dark and rainy Autumn night. Andrea's Voice is so deep and tender. Real and genuine music from a great talented group.
This song is haunting and beautiful. Thank you for sharing your music with the world. It helped me get by some tough times. You'll always rock, Corr fam.
My heart is beaten when I listen Andreas extraordinary voice, very often I have tears in my eyes ❤️❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮she has one of the most beautiful and amazing voices in this terrible world. I wish I could meet her one time in my life she is my favorite humen ❤️❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮and she is from lovely Ireland ❤️❤️❤️🍀🍀🍀🇨🇮🇨🇮🇨🇮not from boring Germany 😥😥😥
This song is haunting me since yesterday... So pure, so Irish, so simple and yet so magical and mystical, so... How I feel right now💖 You guys are back to your roots and it feels so good! Goosebumps, tears and all. Thank you ain't enough💚🇮🇪🍀
This could be the song of a fateful meeting between Prince Charming and Fair Princess in a forest within folklore. It's so rare to find music with a breathing soul like this, it's obscure. Love it!
I love this song...it is beautiful and does not remind me of any particular album of theirs...it is another original, like every one of their songs....it"s perfect. The Corr's are growing, and with them, their music. I will always love them, whether they have a number 1 song or not, in my book they are uniquely wonderful musicians, songwriters and singers. Forever a fan ❤️
Beautiful video. So intimate and gives us a hindsight of the recording sessions. Absolutely adore the song, it's far from commercial material but I think its the best single up to now they could give us as fans. I couldn't ask for more. They don't need to go all commercial to prove anything at this point, their musicianship and skills were and are impressive yet, and as a band they've grown and evolved greatly. 3 years ago nobody expected a return, and today we have this. That says it all to me!
I simply can't stop listening to this track!!! The melody, Andrea's voice, the instrumental part, everything is so hauntingly beautiful!!! Much love from Brazil!!!
This song is intense and deep. This kind of depth in a song with beautiful piece of music, i can only expect from the corrs. In todays era if you can make people to feel the depth of your songs, what else anyone can want. Best and meaningful song of the year. Marvellous
I'm the darkest of them all, but you see the light in my soul.....may be the most poignant lyric I have ever connected with.

I just hope this album will be available to the American market (I used to live in Europe but never heard of their 2015 album which is not available on iTunes US). I used to listen to them more than 10 years ago and fell in love with their music though I am a metal head, there is something authentic about their music
Wow. They bring back wonderful memories from the 90s. The Corrs are back and this is a beautiful song with such lovely music. So calm and serene yet so powerful.
@@tinwhistlemusic1191 not sure why you're replying to me on behalf of another poster, almost 6 years later. At that time, their 2015 album was still fresh and this one was just about to come out. They are on tour still to this day.
Love the simple rift, it flows, the drums and fiddle flow so well supported by fragile heart warming vocals. I'm sold, so nice to hear great composition in the 21st century.
I think that they are the real Corrs... I mean... the traditional sounds, the lyriks... I really love that. Talk On Corners and In Blue were powerful albums, but because they were influenced by pop and rock music... I think that Home and this new album are what really The Corrs wants to be, to play, to sing, to show to the world what iris music are.
MUCH LOVE FROM KOREA!!! Countless people still remember all the beautiful masterpieces this group has presented us and I am so glad they still managed to preserve their magic. Please continue--I know you are capable of doing WONDERS!
IDK... im just cried so overwhelmed when i listened this songs... i feel so irish and u know its such a beautifull!!!! welcome back The Corrs! never gonna stop falling in love with guys!!!!
I see south Ken streets I used to walk and bumped into Andrea pushing her pram so beautiful and perfect in every way her voice heals any lost soul . I cannot picture life without them. this is so soothing and touching thanks from all my heart and soul
This is what we've been waiting for. This is so fragile and deep. Beautiful, stunning song. Never have you been so raw. Love from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. =) Thank you for the music.
Pure gold... Immortal and evergreen Corrs... Stunning and sensational-more than ever. Been waiting for these pure harmonies and amazing sounds all my life.
Love from here in Southern New Hampshire USA. I discovered Landsdowne Road in 2000 and have been mesmerized ever since... The Corrs are classy and unique!
What a beautiful song. I loved Andrea's home videos to make the video too, so personal and in depth to how this was all recorded. And I see John Hughes is still managing the band, that's fantastic!!
I'm so in love with this song and album. I've been a Corrs fan for over 20 years and this one blew my mind when I listened to it on vinyl. I don't know why people say this sounds Irish. Yeah there's flute and violin but the country, bluegrass, folk influence is undeniable, thanks in no small part to T-bone Burnett's impeccable production. And yes the Corrs have tried country sounds before. Refer to "No Good for Me" from Talk On Corners. Much love from CR!
I'll never expect The Corrs to be viral or sth. I'm really glad they're still The Corrs that made me fall for them. Thank u so much for coming back (again). I'll try my best to express my gratitude as you try ur best to serve all the great n impressive musics. xoxo
Jeanne D'Arc Rosalind I know right.. I just love it when they sound so Irish. It makes them special n exclusive. 😊 haha nice to know you, Rosa... ~Rose 😊
Love this song, so beauty. It reminds me to the songs in the debut album, Forgiven not Forgotten, more acoustic, more natural. I'd love if Jupiter Calling was like this.
hey. this is perfect. i listenig it from the morning to the evening. really cool to have you back and hearing from you bcause youre all stay in our history whit your corrs-songs.
What a wonderful, pleasant surprise to have them back with such fine piece of work. To find out that the legendary T-Bone Burnett had coproduced this album was also unexpected but at the same time, made sense. The Corrs always had a bluegrassy, bluesy, folkish influence in their music and a collaboration with Mr. Burnett feels just right for them. I hope it gets featured more in movies/tv and other outlets that gives them widespread recognition again.
That was literally the first thought I had too!...But I wasn't sure if I was okay with that at first until after a few listens, and now I love it. It took me a while to find The Corrs out of stuff that sounded more like Simon and Garfunkel or Iron and Wine, but if you take the time, you do find The Corrs.
This feels like the "Forgiven, Not Forgotten" album, all over again, this the most irish they have sound since their early days and "Home", for everyone waiting an "In Blue/White Light" album, you can say goodbye now.
I usually have to listen to new songs a few times before they can grow on me, but this one didn't take any time at all. From the first listen I was hooked. So beautifully haunting and delicate. Yes, it is a sound that's slightly different from what you would usually hear from the Corrs, but it's beautiful and still has lots of Corrs'isms' in it. Reminds me of Scarborough Fair. An excellent track from a first class album. My favourite Corrs album so far. Very good work.
The band appears to be progressing in their Christian faith and maturing somewhat.
Matthew, Mark, Luke & John for Christians, remember.
Authentically the Corrs!!! Love the rhythm. Excited for the rest of the album.
Such class in their music which will be played for years and years to come.
