I will say that, as a Bryan main, you don't really have a reason to low block against him at all, other than his hatchet kick, so sometimes you really have to force the issue and let your opponent know that they just can't stand block and react and punish mid and highs only.
If you eat three hatchet kicks in a round, that's 69 dmg, essentially a full launcher's worth of damage, so I wouldn't say Bryan in particular is a non-threat when it comes to lows.
